As a frequent visitor of congresses and speaker on seminars. I have to admit that CSN 08 has been better organized than CSN 07, but that is of course normal. You do something the first time, second time will be better.

But what is remarkable is the knowledge level of the visitors this year.

Last year there were discussions / questions about “Are we recruiters allowed”, “do candidates want to be recruited via Social Networks”

This year the questions from the audience were better like, “oke, how do we”, “where should we”

In the past 6 months, recruiters seem to have picked up the idea of “wow, that a lot of candidateknowledge out there on W3, lets use it!”

I like that.

That means, my Keynotes, Training, Masterclasses etc makes sense, so I will keep on doing that, don’t worry!
